Abstract :

This research project aims to make Spitfire Conseil and Laboratoire Quartz bring together for the design of innovative tools and methods to understand the transformation of SMEs towards Industry 4.0.
Initially, it will be a question of jointly constructing a diagnosis of maturity and aptitudes for the 4.0 transformation of companies to help managers make choices of short, medium and long term transformations.
in a second step, it will be a question of being interested in the transformations of SMEs towards Industry 4.0 and of providing the pilots of transformations with tools and methods to develop their skills and implement them in business.
