Loading :

  • Constant normal force : 30 to 300 N
  • Measured tangential force : 1 to 300 N

Ambient :

  • T° from -196°C to +250°C
  • LN2, Air, water, oil

Applications : contact fatigue by small deflections (fretting-fatigue) and wear (fretting-wear). In this test method, the specimens are not volumetrically stressed.

  • Ambient temperature to +650°C
  • Air

Applications : contact fatigue by small deflections (fretting-fatigue) and wear (fretting-wear). In this test method, the specimens are not stressed volumetrically.
