Project ANR ASHENDO funded 2022-2026

New ANR project for the TRIBOMAT team.

The ASHENDO project is funded under the ANR JCJC (Young Researcher) scheme for a period of 48 months (2022-2026).

The research area of the project is metal-composite structural bonding which, although it has obvious lightweighting advantages, is still not widely used due to a lack of knowledge about its in service conditions behaviour in particular under conditions of high humidity variations.

The main objective of the project is to analyse and predict the initial damage and its evolution to the non-propagation threshold under the combined action of hygromechanical loadings.

A PhD student (36 months) and a postdoc (18 months) will be recruited for the project (positions to be filled very soon).
