Abstract:

The assembly of mechanical products has attracted a lot of interest over the last three decades. Indeed, the development of new technologies and the appearance of new concepts has favoured the integration of these technologies for the design of new products that are increasingly flexible, efficient and also intelligent. Assemblies and consequently the associated parts are thus being equipped with sensors that provide feedback on their use, behaviour and status in real time. The objective of this thesis is to develop an approach using intelligent methodologies to assist in the design of mechanical assemblies incorporating intelligent parts.
